KFC Nashville Hot Chicken & Waffles come in several meal options:

- Big Basket meals - A choice of two-piece white meat fried chicken, three-piece dark meat fried chicken, or four-piece tenders, with or without Nashville Hot sauce, plus two waffles, two syrups, and a fountain drink for $8.49.

- Nashville Hot Chicken & Waffle Sandwich - An Extra Crispy fried chicken breast filet with or without Nashville Hot sauce, sandwiched between two waffles and served with a side of Mrs. Butterworth’s syrup for $5.99 (also available as a combo for $7.99).

Nashville Hot Chicken was first introduced at KFC in January 2016 as a limited time by was popular enough that they brought back several times and it's pretty much a permanent menu item at this point. Kentucky Fried Chicken & Waffles was first introduced in November 2018 for a limited time and this marks the second time that KFC is bringing it back to the menu.
