El Pollo Loco Brings Back Stuffed Quesadillas but with Oaxaca Cheese

Stuffed Quesadillas make a limited-time return to the El Pollo Loco menu and are now made with Oaxaca cheese, which is a mild, stringy Mexican cheese that melts well. El Pollo Loco previously used Jack cheese for their Stuffed Quesadillas.

The latest batch of Stuffed Quesadilla come in three varieties:

- Poblano Chicken Quesadilla - Flame-grilled chicken, Oaxaca cheese, poblano peppers, pico de gallo, sliced avocado, and cilantro, wrapped up in a flour tortilla and grilled. Prices vary but it costs $8.29 near me in the Los Angeles area.

- Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla - Flame-grilled chicken, Oaxaca cheese, salsa roja (AKA red salsa), sour cream, and pico de gall,o wrapped up in a flour tortilla and grilled. Prices vary but it costs $8.29 near me in the Los Angeles area.
