IHOP's Pumpkin Spice Pancakes are made with actual pumpkin and spices and come topped with whipped topping. You can purchase the seasonal pancakes in a short stack, full stack, and combo.
A short stack includes two pancakes, a full stack include four pancakes, and a combo includes two Pumpkin Spice Pancakes, two bacon strips or sausage links, two eggs, and hash browns.
Prices vary but, at my local IHOP, a short stack of Pumpkin Spice Pancakes costs $7.99, a full stack is $11.99, and the combo is $15.39.
IHOP's Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam Cold Brew features cold-brewed coffee mixed with vanilla syrup and topped with creamy, pumpkin spice cold foam.
Prices for the new drink varies but my local IHOP has a 16-oz size for $3.99 or a 30-oz size for $4.29 (it's probably promotional pricing as they sell a 16-oz Iced Cold Brew Coffee for $4.39 and a 30-oz size for $5.39).
Both IHOP's Pumpkin Spice Pancakes and Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam Cold Brew are available for a limited time at participating locations nationwide.
