IHOP Launches New Pancake of the Month with Chocolate Strawberry Pancakes

IHOP has launched a new "Pancake of the Month" promotion, where they feature a limited-time pancake variety each month starting with February 2024. For February, they're offering Chocolate Strawberry Pancakes.

Available for a limited time, while supplies last, at participating IHOP restaurants nationwide, Chocolate Strawberry Pancakes features four chocolate chocolate chip pancakes topped with cheesecake mousse, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, fresh strawberries, whipped topping, and chocolate chips.

A full stack of Strawberry Pancakes cost $13.49 at my local IHOP in the Los Angeles area. They're also available as a short stack (two pancakes) for $9.49 and as part of a combo (two pancakes, two eggs, two bacon strips or sausage links, and hash browns) for $16.99.

As way to promote the Pancake of the Month program, IHOP is offering an annual loyalty challenge through their International Bank of Pancakes rewards program (like most other such rewards programs, it's free to join), where members can earn extra "PanCoins" (points) by ordering the Pancake of the Month throughout the year (2024) at participating locations nationwide. Specifically:

• Order the Pancake of the Month two or more times in a month to earn 10 PanCoins for that month.
• Order the Pancake of the Month at least once each month for the entire year and receive 100 bonus PanCoins.
