News: McDonald's - New Cherry Berry Chiller

In a follow up to last year's introduction of Frozen Strawberry Lemonade, McDonald's debuts a new ice-blended fruit juice beverage, the Cherry Berry Chiller, as part of their McCafe beverages for a limited-time (through September 3, 2012).

McDonald's solution to beat the summer heat contains 100% fruit juice (from concentrate) blended with ice. The main flavor is cherry and raspberry backed up by grape and apple juice if the promotional pictures are any indication.

The suggested retail price is: $1.69 for a small (12 oz), $1.99 for a medium (16 oz), and $2.29 for a large (22 oz).

McDonald's currently has a printable coupon available on their website for $1 off any size Cherry Berry Chiller,  Frappe, Real Fruit Smoothie, or Frozen Strawberry Lemonade (expires 6/15/12). You can print it out here.

Reminds you a bit of a flavored slush from the convenience store, no?

You can expect this to be on the sweet side; a 12-ounce serving has more sugar than a can of regular Coke.

  1. Amazing, had a medium one today and it is way better then just a gas station slushie.

  2. It taste really great but the sugar content is more than enough to make me pass this up next time around.
