The sandwich features a thick-cut venison steak topped with crispy onion strings and juniper berry sauce on a toasted roll.
The reason that the sandwich is only returning to Nebraska is that Arby's was only able to get enough venison to serve up the sandwich in one state and they chose the state that they determined to have "made the most noise" calling for the return of the sandwich (via phone, email, and social media).
