Red envelopes are often given out during Chinese New Year as a conveyance of good luck and prosperity.
Through February 21, 2016, the chain will also be giving out a Chinese New Year Celebration Kit with the purchase of a Family Feast (three entrees and two large sides). The kits include a red table runner, Chinese New Year stickers, a dragon car decal, a "Know Your CNY" card game, and two red envelopes.
