TGI Fridays Upgrades to Bigger Ribs

TGI Fridays has gone back to the drawing board for their ribs and come back with new Fridays Big Ribs, which are back ribs that are 30% meatier than their previous baby back ribs (it should be noted that "back ribs" and "baby back ribs" are one and the same).

According to the chain, the new ribs are also 30% "bolder" and "tastier" than their previous offerings. They are marinated for 24 hours in a blend of citrus and smoke flavors and then slow-cooked at each restaurant. To finish, they're then fire-grilled and seasoned with a blend of spices and sauces.

The new ribs launch nationwide this Wednesday, October 18, 2017. Helping to highlight the change, the full rack of the new back ribs will come served on a butcher block (rather than a white plate) along with two sides for $12.99.

Fridays Back Ribs come in four flavors: New Sweet Memphis, new Savory Bacon Crusted, Fridays Original BBQ, and Jack Daniel's BBQ.

You can also find the ribs in Fridays Bucket of Bones appetizer which includes both big ribs and wings.

The chain also has a few new sides: Giant Onion Rings, Brussel Sprouts, and Baked Mac & Cheese.
