El Pollo Loco Brings Back and Updates Pollo Fit Bowls with Cauliflower Rice

El Pollo Loco ushers in the new year with the return of Pollo Fit Bowls, which are now updated with cilantro lime cauliflower rice.

This year's Pollo Fit Bowl line-up features two keto-friendly options and three varieties in all, including:

- Double Protein Avocado Pollo Fit Bowl (keto-friendly) - A a double portion of citrus-marinated flame-grilled chopped chicken breast, organic super greens, a lettuce blend with red cabbage, cilantro lime cauliflower rice, sliced avocados, Tapatío seasoning, house-made pico de gallo salsa, and queso fresco.

- Double Protein Fajita Pollo Fit Bowl - A double portion of citrus-marinated fire-grilled chopped chicken breast, organic super greens, a lettuce blend with red cabbage, seasoned black beans, fajita vegetables, sliced avocados, Tapatio seasoning, and queso fresco.

- Double Protein Mexican Caesar Pollo Fit Bowl (keto-friendly) - A double portion of citrus-marinated fire-grilled chopped chicken breast, organic super greens, a lettuce blend with red cabbage, sliced radishes, crumbled cotija cheese, sliced avocados, Tapatio seasoning, and a lemon wedge.

El Pollo Loco will also be updating their dressing this year. They're planning on removing high-fructose corn syrup from their Creamy Cilantro Dressing early this year and will be replacing Citrus Vinaigrette with new Mexican Vinagrette, which is Keto Certified and free of high-fructose corn syrup.
