Peet's Leans Into Ginger and Turmeric for Golden Tonic, Latte, and Chai

Peet's goes with the functional benefits of ginger and turmeric for their 2021 winter drink menu, which features the new Golden Tonic as well as the returning Golden Latte and Peetniks Rewards-exclusive Golden Chai Latte.

The new Golden Tonic (available iced or hot) features Mighty Leaf Green Tea Tropical steamed with  turmeric, yuzu citrus, ginger, and a bit of honey.

The Golden Latte (available iced or hot) offers milk steamed with some turmeric, honey, and warming ginger and then mixed with espresso.

The Golden Chai Latte (available iced or hot) consists of Mighty Leaf Masala Chai with warming spices, steamed milk, and turmeric.

On the food side on things, Peet's adds two frittatas for this year's winter menu:

There's the Egg White, Tomato & Feta Frittata, which takes egg whites whipped with a blend of Greek yogurt, a touch of cream, and feta. The mixture is then baked with roasted tomatoes and kale. 

The Bacon, Spinach & Swiss Frittata is a returning menu item that features cage-free eggs, Greek yogurt, cream, and gruyere baked with spinach, cured bacon, and sweet onion jam.

Peet's 2021 winter menu can be found at participating cafe locations through March 2, 2021.
