El Pollo Loco Introduces New Loco Lunch Boxes

El Pollo Loco adds some novelty to their lunch options by offering complete meals in lunch boxes for their new Loco Lunch Box line.

Loco Lunch Boxes each come with a rice and beans cup, chips, salsa, a churro and one of four entree options:

- Chicken Guacamole Burrito - Citrus-marinated flame-grilled chicken pieces, guacamole, pinto beans, shredded cabbage, and sour cream, wrapped in a flour tortilla and topped with queso fresco and pico de gallo.

- Baja Shrimp Tacos - Two tacos featuring corn-and-flour blend artisanal tortillas filled with shrimp cooked in a chipotle and garlic marinade, plus shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and Baja chipotle sauce.

- Chicken Avocado Gordita - Citrus-marinated flame-grilled chicken pieces, wrapped in grilled flatbread with shredded lettuce blend, avocado slices, Baja chipotle sauce, queso fresco, and pico de gallo.

- Cheesy Chicken Quesadilla - Citrus-marinated flame-grilled chicken pieces, melted Monterey jack cheese, and pico de gallo between a flour tortilla, served with a side of guacamole.

Prices may vary but the lunch boxes are going for $6.99 each in my area. They're also available for catering in packs of 6, 8, and 12.
