P.F. Chang's Celebrates Lunar New Year with New "Fire & Ice" Flaming Ice Cream and Bread Pudding Dessert

P.F. Chang's celebrates the Lunar New Year and Year of the Ox with their new Fire & Ice dessert and returning Red Lantern cocktail.

The Fire & Ice dessert features warm bread pudding and frozen vanilla ice cream covered in a chocolate shell and served flaming at your table.

The Red Lantern consists of a mix of Reyka Vodka, Solerno Liqueur, blood orange, pineapple, and lemon served with a red lantern stir stick in an illuminated glass.

It's a bit strange that an Asian cuisine restaurant chain is celebrating the Lunar New Year with two  non-Asian menu items.

P.F. Chang's Lunar New Year special menu items are available through March 30, 2021.
