Popeyes Keeps Wings on Menu Permanently and Adds Three New Flavors

Popeyes announces that they are now keeping wings on the menu on a permanent basis and adds three new flavors to the mix for five flavors in all. In addition to Ghost Pepper and Sweet N' Spicy, they're welcoming new Honey BBQ, Roasted Garlic Parmesan, and Signature Hot.

Popeyes' Wings feature hand-battered, breaded, and crispy-fried chicken wing segments. Like the rest of their chicken offerings, the wings are marinated with the chain's signature flavors and spices.

Previously, Popeyes only offered wings on a seasonal basis.

Here's what you can expect from the various Popeyes wing varieties:

- New Honey BBQ Wings -  A BBQ sauce with tangy tamarind, sweet honey, and smoky molasses flavors.

- New Roasted Garlic Parmesan Wings - A buttery sauce with the flavors of caramelized garlic and parmesan and asiago cheeses.

- New Signature Hot Wings - A "signature Cajun hot sauce with just a touch of southern sweetness."

- Ghost Pepper Wings - These are marinated in a dry, ghost pepper spice blend before they're battered, breaded, and deep-fried.

- Sweet ‘N Spicy Wings - A sweet and spicy sauce featuring a blend of chili, garlic, and ginger, 

You can find the new wings flavors along with the previous flavors now at participating Popeyes locations nationwide. Wing prices start at $5.99 for a 6-piece order.

Starting November 27, 2023, Popeyes will be rolling out "DISScount" codes such as "STOPWINGS", "NOTTHATWILD", "OPENSUNDAY", and "ONLY1WINGFLVR", that can be used to get a free 6-piece order of wings with a purchase of $10 or more.
