TGI Fridays Revamps Appetizer Menu

TGI Fridays revamps their appetizer menu with the addition of new offerings and some twists of classic items to go with some appetizers stalwarts. They also welcome two new salads, a bowl, and a new, non-alcoholic craft beer.

The overhauled appetizer selection offers a number of different options with prices starting at $3. The new items include:

- Margarita Shrimp Cocktail - Chile-lime-seasoned shrimp tossed with diced avocado, pico de gallo, diced mango, and a light agave lime juice. The dish comes with tortilla chips.

- Truffle Tot-chos (pictured) - Seasoned, handmade potato tots drizzled with truffle aioli, Parmesan-Romano, and parsley. They're served with extra sauce for dipping.

- Steakhouse Meatballs - All beef, steakhouse-style meatballs topped with a garlic and herb chimichurri sauce.

- Loaded Poblano Queso - Warm queso topped with pico de gallo, mixed cheeses, and house-made guacamole. It comes with tortilla chips for dipping.

- Cheesy Pull-Apart Bread - Garlic New England rolls stuffed with Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs cheese.

- Chips & Jalapeño Dip - Tortilla chips with jalapeño ranch for dipping.

- Giant Guacamole - A giant, crispy-fried, chile-lime seasoned, veggie puff, served with house-made guacamole topped with chopped bacon, parmesan-romano, and a fresh lime wedge.

- Southwestern Corn Fritters - Crispy-fried corn bread batter containing fire-roasted corn and diced jalapeño topped with a drizzle of creamy jalapeno ranch, parmesan-romano, and chopped cilantro.

- Crab Cake Bites - New England-style, sauteed crab cake bites, remoulade, and super greens mix tossed in lemon vinaigrette.

- Spicy Tuna Nachos - Spicy tuna mix, diced avocado, ponzu aioli, Thai mango vinaigrette, spicy chili crisp, sesame seeds, cilantro, and jalapeños served with crispy wonton chips. 

Signature Fridays apps like Loaded Potato Skins, Traditional Wings, and Mozzarella Sticks remain on the menu.

Beyond the appetizer menu, TGI Friday also adds the following salads and bowl:

- Thai Mango Salad - Chopped romaine, shredded red and napa cabbages, julienne carrots, and candied pecans, mixed with a house-made sweet heat mango vinaigrette, and served with a grilled lime.

- Harvest Grains Salad - Baby kale, rocket arugula, brown rice, red quinoa, farrow, red onion, sweet potato, and craisins tossed in a lemon vinaigrette, topped with creamy goat cheese and ground candied pecans.

- Chicken Al Pastor Bowl - Steamed jasmine rice topped with grilled chicken, diced avocado, grilled pineapple, grated cheese blend, fire-roasted corn, black bean salsa, and crispy tortilla strips, drizzled with Al Pastor sauce and a squeeze of grilled lime.

Finally, TGI Fridays introduces Athletic Brewing Company's Upside Dawn non-alcoholic craft beer to their beverage selection. They describe the beer as "a bright and light-bodied brew crafted to remove gluten, Upside Dawn is a classic craft Golden style with floral and earthy notes."
