To help mark the occasion, I've put together a list of Veterans Day 2023 deals and specials for veterans and active military personnel.
Do keep in mind that you'll typically need to show a valid military ID or other proof of service to redeem the offers. As usual, I'll keep updating as more deals show up.
Here's what's out there:
- Applebee's - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active military personnel can get a free entree from a selection of eight for dine-in only at select locations across the US. Additionally, they'll get a free $5 "Bounce Back Card" that can be used for a future visit within the following three weeks.
- Aroma Joe's - On November 11, 2023, they'll be giving out free 24-oz drinks to veterans who stop by.
- Bad Daddy's - On November 11, 2023, from 11 AM to 3PM, active and retired military personnel can get a free All American Burger and a small side of fries, chips or tots.
- Bar Louie - On November 11, 2023, active military and veterans can get any Bar Louie Craft Burger for free when dining in at participating locations.
- BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - On November 11, 2023 current and former military who dine in will get a free Chocolate Chunk Pizookie with an $11.95 purchase. They will also get a coupon good for a free appetizer with a $14.95 purchase on a future visit.
- Bob Evans - On November 11, 2023, they'll be offering a special menu of seven "homestyle favorites" that's available to veterans and active duty military for free at all Bob Evans restaurants.
- Buffalo Wild Wings - On November 11, 2023, past and present armed services members (with valid ID) can get a free order of 10 Boneless Wings and Fries when dining in, except for Buffalo Wild Wings GO locations, where the offer is available for walk-in orders at the counter.
- California Pizza Kitchen - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active duty military can get a free entree and beverage from a special menu when dining-in at all participating CPK locations nationwide. Veterans and active military members who purchase a pizza, pasta, or salad that day will also receive a buy-one-get-one offer to redeem for a pizza, pasta or salad of equal or lesser value from November 12 through November 21, 2023.
- Caribou Coffee - On November 11, 2023, veterans, active duty military, and their spouses can get a free small hot brewed coffee of the day or Cold Press (must show military I.D. to redeem).
- Casey's - On November 11, 2023, veterans get a free coffee or fountain drink of any size. The deal is also available all year round to active military personnel and on-duty, uniformed first responders.
- Charleys Cheesesteaks - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active duty military can a free order of Gourmet Fries at participating locations.
- Chili's - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active duty military can get a free meal from a limited selection at participating locations when dining in.
- Cicis - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military can get a free adult buffet at participating locations.
- Circle K - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military personnel can redeem a free coffee through the Circle K app nationwide.
- Corner Bakery - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military can get a free "choose two" meal at participating locations. Not available for online orders.
- Cracker Barrel - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military who dine-in can get a free slice of Coca-Cola cake.
- Denny's - On Friday, November 10, 2023 (please note the date), from 5AM to noon, veterans and active military personnel can get a free Original Grand Slam at participating restaurants.
- Dickey's Barbecue Pit - On November 11, 2023, veterans can get a free Pulled Pork Sandwich at participating locations. The deal is available both in-store and when ordering online. If ordering online, you'll need to use the code: "VETFREE".
- Dunkin' - On November 11, 2023, retired and active military can get a free donut of their choice at participating Dunkin' locations nationwide.
- East Coast Wings + Grill - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military can get a free meal and a fountain drink or tea at participating locations. The meal choices include five boneless wings and a side, five bone-in wings and a side, cheeseburger and a side or a ECW+G Buffalo Chicken Salad.
- Famous Dave's - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military can a free Georgia Chopped Pork Sandwich and a choice of side at participating locations.
- Farmer Boys - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military can get a free Big Cheese burger with valid proof of service.
- Friendly's - On November 11, 2023, from 11AM - 3PM, veterans and active-duty military get a free All American Cheeseburger and drink of choice with an active Military ID.
- Golden Corral - On Monday, November 13, 2023, from 5PM to close, they'll be holding Military Appreciation Night where veterans and active-duty military can get a free "thank you" meal (buffet and beverage) at all locations.
- Hooters - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military, who present proof of service or a military ID, can get a free entree from a special menu with the purchase of a beverage at participating locations.
- IHOP - On November 11, 2023, from 7AM to 7PM, veterans and active-duty military can get free Red, White & Blueberry Pancakes when dining in at participating locations.
- Island Fin Poké Co. - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military can get a free poké bowl at participating locations.
- Kind Snacks - From From November 10 through November 11, 2023, all military and veterans can get 25% off their order on kindsnacks.com (validated with ID.me at checkout). They also offer 15% off sitewide for military members throughout the year.
- Krispy Kreme - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active military personnel can get a free donut of their choice as well as a free small hot or iced coffee (no purchase necessary). The offer is limited to one per guest, in-shop and drive-thru only.
- Little Caesars - On November 11, 2023, from 11AM to 2PM, veterans and active military members can get a free Lunch Combo, which includes four slices of Detroit-style Deep Dish pepperoni pizza paired with a 20-ounce Pepsi product at participating locations nationwide.
- Logan's Roadhouse - On November 11, 2023, from 11AM to 3PM, veterans and active military members can get a free meal from a special Veterans Day menu with proof of service when dining in.
- LongHorn Steakhouse - From November 11 through November 14, 2023, veterans and active military members can get a free Texas Tonion appetizer and non-alcohol beverage at all locations.
- Menchie's - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military can get their first 6-oz of froyo for free at participating locations.
- Mod Pizza - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active service members can buy one Mod-size pizza or salad and get one Mod-size pizza or salad for free at any of chain's 540+ system-wide US locations.
- Olive Garden - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active service members can get a free entree from a special menu, including Venetian Apricot Chicken, Sausage & Peppers Rustica and Spaghetti with Meat Sauce at all locations. Family dining with the service member get a 10-percent discount on their meals as well.
- Outback Steakhouse - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military can get a free Bloomin' Onion and a choice of any Coca-Cola product.
- Paisano's Pizza - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military can get a free medium cheese pizza for pick up.
- Playa Bowls - On November 11, 2023, veterans with a military ID can get a free bowl in-shop at select locations.
- Peet's - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military can get a free small drip coffee or tea at participating locations.
- Perry's - On Friday, November 10, 2023, from 10:30AM to 5PM, they'll hold a Veterans Day Lunch Eve, where veterans and active-duty military can get a free Pork Chop Lunch for dine-in when accompanied by a guest purchasing one lunch or dinner entree. Reservations and military ID are required.
Then, on November 11, 2023, from 4PM to 6PM, they'll be holding a Veterans Day Early Dinner, where they’ll offer veterans and active-duty military a 3-course menu for $39 (dine-in only). Reservations and military ID are required.
- Pilot Flying J - From November 10 to November 12, veterans and active-duty military and their families can get a free meal (up to $12) at participating locations through a special offer in the app.
- PJ's Coffee - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military can get a free 12-oz hot coffee or cold brew iced coffee.
- Potbelly - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military can get a free fountain drink or cookie with the purchase of an entrée.
- Publix - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military can get 10% off their groceries.
- Red Lobster - From November 11 through November 14, 2023,veterans and active-duty military can get a free appetizer from a list of 10 options, including new Crispy Fried Green Beans, Lobster-Crab-and-Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms, and Sweet Chili Shrimp, at all locations.
- Red Robin - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active military who dine-in can get a free Red's Big Tavern Burger with Bottomless Steak Fries at participating locations.
- Smoothie King - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military can get a free smoothie from one of three red, white, and blue smoothies at participating locations.
- Starbucks - On November 11, 2023, veterans, military service members, and military spouses can get a free tall hot brewed coffee at participating US Starbucks stores.
- Ten Ren Tea - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military members can get a free Regular Size Boba Milk Tea in-store with proof of service.
- Texas Roadhouse - On November 11, 2023, from 11AM to 2PM, veterans and active-duty military can get a free personnel meal voucher valid through May 30, 2024 with proof of service, no purchase necessary, at participating locations.
- Tim Hortons - On November 11, 2023, active military members and veterans can get a free small hot coffee at all US locations.
- Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military members can get a free Scholarship Burger with proof of military identification.
- Wendy's - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military members can get a free breakfast combo, which includes a breakfast sandwich, seasoned potatoes, and a coffee or soft drink, at participating locations during breakfast hours.
- White Castle - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military members can get a free individual combo meal or a breakfast combo meal at participating White Castle restaurants. Additionally, Sliders on that day will come in special patriotic packaging.
- Wienerschnitzel - On November 11, 2023, veterans and active-duty military members can get a free Original Chili Dog, small fries & small soda at participating locations.
- Yogurtland - From November 10 through November 12, 2023, Yogurtland is offering $5 off online orders of $30 or more when using the promo code "FALL5".
