Review: Burger King - Honey Mustard Crispy Chicken Snack Wrap

Besides the new Ranch Crispy Chicken Snack Wrap, Burger King also has a new Honey Mustard Crispy Chicken Snack Wrap. The only thing they're missing to match McDonald's is a BBQ version.

I tried Burger King's Honey Mustard Chicken Snack Wrap for $1.59.

The Honey Mustard version only differs from the Ranch in that it contains honey mustard dressing instead of Ranch. Everything else (lettuce, shredded cheese, chicken strip, flour tortilla) is the same.

Of course, that means the chicken was still overly breaded, chewy, and dry and the rest was pretty standard for the category though notably the lettuce was fresh and the cheese moist. It was even folded in a impressively even rectangle. But like the Ranch version, the Honey Mustard Snack Wrap really suffers because of the subpar Chicken Strip.
I did like BK's honey mustard sauce though; it was light, not overly thick with a nice sweetness and a tinge of mustard. It paired nicely with the strip and the whole thing would have been good if the chicken strip was decent but it wasn't and so it goes.

Can't they make the strips more like their Tendercrisp chicken?
