The limited time menu item features three chicken tenders marinated in Louisiana seasonings, dipped in a "traditional, lightly southern sweet cornmeal breading," and then fried (it sounds a little like a corn dog batter).
Southern Fair Tenders are being offered in combo along with Cajun Fries (or side of your choice), buttermilk biscuit, and new Wild Honey Mustard sauce for $4.99.
Popeyes' limited-time offers tend to run for about a month. As such, you can expect these to be available until about the end of May.
