Arctic Zero Introduces New Line of Light Ice Cream

Arctic Zero, best known for their lactose-free, fat-free ice cream alternative, looks to widen their reach and enter the light ice cream category with a new light ice cream line.

The new line gets its creaminess from a combination of skim milk, cream and whey protein concentrate (compared to water and whey protein concentrate in the brand's original lactose-free line) and is sweetened with sugar rather than sugar alcohols or other lower-calorie sugar substitutes. Each pints measures in at 280 to 360 calories and 10 or less grams of fat per pint.

At launch, there are seven light ice cream flavors:

- Cookies & Cream
- Chocolate Chunk
- Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cookies
- Mint & Chocolate Cookie
- Vanilla Bean
- Cookie & Brownie Dough
- Toffee Crunch

All Arctic Zero light ice cream flavors are non-GMO Verified and kosher.

You can find the new line at grocery stores starting this month. They can also be ordered at the brand's online store.
