The terms of the promotion were that Taco Bell would give out free Doritos Locos Tacos (one per guest) on Thursday, November 1, 2018, from 2 PM to 6 PM (local time), at participating locations nationwide if a base was stolen during the World Series (more a question of "when" than "if" as they've always ended up giving away tacos the last six times they ran the promotion; there's only been one World Series in over 100 where there were no stolen bases).
A base was stolen in Game 1, which means the free Doritos Locos Taco giveaway is on.
