Free Scary Face Pancakes for Kids on Halloween, October 31, 2018

Scary Face Pancakes make their annual return to IHOP and as per IHOP tradition, they'll be given away for free to kids on Halloween at participating locations.

The Scary Face Pancake features a buttermilk pancake with a strawberry nose, whipped topping, Oreo cookies, and candy corn that can be used to decorate the pancake however you like.

The Scary Face Pancake freebie is available from 7 AM to 10 PM on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, to kids 12 and under for dine-in only.
