A Pizookie (pronounced "PIZ-ook-e") is a baked-to-order giant cookie that comes served in a small deep dish pan and is topped with ice cream. It comes in a number of varieties including: Chocolate Chunk, Cookies 'N' Cream, Salted Caramel, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Triple Chocolate, Peanut Butter, BJ's Peanut Butter S'mores, and Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip.
