KFC Completes Nationwide Switch from Potato Wedges to New Secret Recipe Fries

Since earlier this year, KFC has been rolling out new Secret Recipe Fries to permanently replace potato wedges on the menu and the fries are now available at locations across the country.

The new side option features thick-cut fries seasoned with "a secret blend of herbs and spices" and then deep-fried.

KFC declared the new fries, the brand's "first foray into French fryin'!" but the chain has offered regular French fries in a number of other countries abroad for quite some time, including just up north in Canada.
