The acronym stands for "Bacon Bacon Lettuce Tomato" and as such the the sandwich features bacon, "more bacon," lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a brioche burger bun.
Sonic's BBLT carries a suggested price of $3.99. They first introduced the sandwich last year when it was also $3.99 but came with a side of medium tots.
