Free Sausage, Egg & Swiss Croissant, or Bacon, Egg & Swiss Croissant at Wendy's on August 13 and 14, 2021

Wendy's will be running a free breakfast promotion on August 13 and 14, 2021 where you can get either a Sausage, Egg & Swiss Croissant, or Bacon, Egg & Swiss Croissant for free (no purchase necessary) by showing up at participating locations during breakfast hours.

Wendy's Sausage Egg & Swiss Croissant features a sausage patty, fried egg, and a "creamy Swiss cheese sauce" on a croissant bun, while the Bacon, Egg & Swiss Croissant is much the same but with applewood-smoked bacon instead of the sausage patty. Both versions normally cost $3.89 in my area (may vary).

The Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant is specifically not included in the promotion (probably because it costs more).
