Pizza Hut Tests New Plant-Based Beyond Pepperoni Pizza

Pizza Hut and Beyond Meat partner up to test the new Beyond Pepperoni Pizza, which comes topped with new Beyond Pepperoni, a plant-based version of Pizza Hut's regular pepperoni that is meant to crisp up in the same manner and offer the same taste.

Pizza Hut's Beyond Pepperoni Pizza can be found for a limited time, while supplies last, at almost 70 locations in five US markets, including: Albany, New York; Columbus and Macon, Georgia; Houston, Texas; and Jacksonville, Florida.

Beyond Pepperoni was co-developed by Beyond Meat and Pizza Hut and is made with peas and rice among other plant-based ingredients. It contains no GMOs, soy, gluten, hormones, antibiotics, or cholesterol.

The two brands previously partnered for the 2020 launch of the limited-time Beyond Pan Pizza, which featured Beyond Italian Sausage.
