Around the World: Domino's Guatemala Offers Donut Pizza

In what is perhaps one of the more pointless gimmicks I've seen this year, Domino's Guatemala is currently offering the limited-time, new Donut Pizza. It's basically a pan pizza with a hole in the middle.

At this point, you might ask yourself, "Why would I want a pizza with a hole in the middle?" To place it over your head and slowly eat your way out? While that might work, it's actually to place an order of wings or ribs inside.

While Domino's in Guatemala already offers wings and ribs on the side in a separate box, with the Donut Pizza, it looks like the wings or ribs come placed inside of the hole in the middle. Hurray for presentation?

A large Donut Pizza plus an order of wings or ribs is currently offered at 114 Quetzales or about $14.65 US.

  1. It actually does like kind of cool with the wings in the middle. Still pointless, though.
