Review: Burger King - Butterfinger Creme Pie

The latest limited-time cream pie on Burger King's rotation, the Butterfinger Creme Pie features a slightly Butterfinger flavored cream filling topped with bits of Butterfinger candy and a lattice of milk chocolate. It's a fairly cheap dessert at $1.49 for a slice.

This one was too sweet for me, but should be fine if you have a sweet tooth. I think it would have turn out better if you just got a plain vanilla cream pie and sprinkled on a healthy scoop of crushed Butterfinger pieces.
The way it turned out here, there were only little bits of Butterfinger and not nearly enough of the flaky peanut butter-flavored crisp that makes a Butterfinger a Butterfinger.
Further, what little bits there were turned all soggy either from the cream or refrigeration. I was really looking forward to this one and ended up pretty disappointed by the lack of Butterfinger-ness.
