News: Dunkin' Donuts - Free Medium Cup of Dark Roast Coffee on Sept 29

Like a number of coffee chains, Dunkin' Donuts will be celebrating National Coffee Day on September 29, 2014, by giving out free coffee. Specifically, they will be offering a free medium cup of their new Dark Roast Coffee to guests that come by on the day (limit one per guest).

Their new Dark Roast was launched nationwide last week as a nod to their westward expansion (the preference on the left coast tends to be for darker roasts of coffee).

The coffee blend is Rainforest Alliance Certified (which means at least 30% of the beans are sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms) and is described as roasted with a unique process to "create a bold flavor and smooth finish without the bitterness typically associated with most dark roast coffees."

Dunkin' will also be offering 16-oz bags of packaged coffees in any variety, as well as K-Cup packs, for $6.99 both online and at participating Dunkin' locations.

Additionally, from September 30 through October 5, 2014, Dunkin' will be offering medium cups of the new Dark Roast Coffee at a discounted price of 99 cents at participating locations.
