New Hand-Carved Chicken Salads at El Pollo Loco with 50% More Chicken

El Pollo Loco is offering new Hand-Carved Chicken Salads with 50% more chicken in comparison to their normal salads for a limited time.

The new salads come topped with a flame-grilled, skin-on chicken breast that is sliced fresh off the grill rather than cubed. There are four new salads in total:

- Southwest Bacon - Hand-carved chicken breast, bacon, cheese, pico de gallo, crispy onion strings, corn, and barbecue ranch dressing on a bed of gourmet greens
