The pizza was picked as the winner of a crowd-sourced pizza recipe contest called "Pizza VIP." It was originally submitted as the "Chicken Coconut Curry (Triple C)."
In addition to the curry-coconut sauce, the pizza also comes topped with grilled chicken, sliced carrots, cashews, and a dusting of coconut powder and coriander.
