Arby's Adds New Pork Belly to the Menu

Arby's adds hickory-smoked, thick-sliced pork belly to the menu with the new, limited-time Smokehouse Pork Belly Sandwich.

Pork belly is the same cut of pork as bacon but while bacon turn crispy (ideally) when cooking, a thicker cut of pork belly can have a tender melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Along with thick slices of pork belly, the new sandwich includes crispy onion strings, mayo, smoked cheddar cheese, and Smoky Q sauce on a toasted star-cut bun.

For those with a more expansive appetite (and stomach), Arby's has stacked up all their current smoked meat selection in a sandwich called the "Smoke Mountain Sandwich" (a variation of their secret menu Meat Mountain). The limited-time sandwich features smoked brisket, smoked mesquite turkey breast, smoked pork belly, smoked cheddar cheese, crispy onion strings, and Smoky Q sauce on a toasted star-cut bun.

To complete the smoky trio, the chain has also brought back the Smokehouse Turkey Sandwich for a limited time. The sandwich first made an appearance in April of last year.

The pricing in my area is $5.69 for the Smokehouse Pork Belly Sandwich and $6.99 for the Smoke Mountain. They're both available for a limited time through the end of October.
