Baskin-Robbins Tests Ice Cream Cones That You Dip Yourself

For any of those who have felt stiffed with only get a bare dusting of sprinkles on your ice cream cone, Baskin-Robbins is testing new Cone Dippers as a way for you to ensure sprinkles (or other toppings) in every bite.

The new menu item is simple enough: it pairs an ice cream cone with a cupful of a topping of your choice. The selection includes M&M minis, Oreo cookies, rainbow sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles, chopped almonds, and Nerds.

The price tag is $1.49 for a cup of toppings.

Cone Dippers are currently being tested in San Diego with no announced plans for a national launch in the near term.
