Hershey's Unveils New Cookie Layer Crunch Bars

Hershey's reveals new Cookie Layer Crunch aimed at those who prefer more variety of textures in their candy bars.

Available in three flavors, the new candy bars features chocolate, bits of crunchy cookies, various fillings, and a snackable form factor.

The three flavors are Caramel, Vanilla Creme and Mint. Each pieces is good for 90 to 100 calories and is sectioned into three pips (i.e. the rectangular pieces of the brand's signature chocolate bar).

Hershey's Cookie Layer Crunch bars are set to arrive nationally starting December 2016. They'll be available in a number of sizes including:

- A 6.3-oz. bag of nine individually wrapped pieces Hershey’s Cookie Layer Crunch (SRP $4.19; all flavors)
- A 3.5-oz. “XL Bar” featuring five pieces, (SRP $2.89; all flavors)
- A 2.1-oz. “King Size Bar” that has three pieces (SRP $1.69; available in Caramel only)
- A 1.4-oz. bar of two pieces (SRP $0.99, available in Caramel only)
