Burger King Royal Perks Loyalty Program Officially Launches Nationwide

With over two thirds of their restaurants participating so far, Burger King officially launches their Royal Perks loyalty program nationwide.

BK's Royal Perks programs offers users exclusive deals and the ability to earn and redeem "crowns" on purchases made through their app or website at participating restaurants. It was testing in three markets in February and has been expanding since.

Benefits of the loyalty program include:

- Earning 10 crowns for every $1 spent, including for delivery orders when placed through the BK app or website.

- The option for a free upsize to one small or medium fries, hash browns, fountain drink, or brewed/iced coffee per day, per account.

- Current redemption options almost encompass the entire menu and offer the following tiers and choices:

•  250 crowns - Capri Sun Apple Juice, Sausage Biscuit, Burrito Jr., Cheeseburger, Chicken Jr., Spicy Chicken Jr., 4-piece Chicken Nuggets, Value French Fries, 3-piece French Toast Sticks, Hamburger, Small Hash Browns, Small Vanilla Iced Coffee, Small Frozen Fanta or Coke, 4-piece Jalapeno Cheddar Bites, Value Onion Rings, Soft Serve Cone or Cup, and Value Soft Drink. 
• 400 crowns - Bacon Cheeseburger, Double Cheeseburger, 10-piece Chicken Nuggets, Small Fries, 5-piece French Toast Sticks, Medium Hash Browns, Hershey's Sundae Pie, Medium or Large Coffee, Medium Vanilla Iced Coffee, 8-piece Jalapeno Cheddar Bites, Low Fat Chocolate Milk, Fat Free Milk, 4-piece Mozzarella Sticks, Small Onion Rings, Simply Orange Juice, Whopper Jr., and Small Soft Drink.

• 750 crowns - Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, 9-piece Chicken Fries, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich, Ham, Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich, Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich, 8-piece Mozzarella Sticks, Shake, Whopper, Ch'King, and Spicy Ch'King.
• 1000 crowns - Big Fish, Egg'Normous Burrito, Double Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich, Fully Loaded Croissan'wich, Impossible Whopper, Original Chicken Sandwich, and Whopper w/Cheese.
• 1400 crowns or more - Bacon King, Double Stacker King, Double Whopper w/Cheese, and Double Whopper.

- Early access to new menu items and limited time members-only offers and deals, including bonus points with occasional Royal Perks challenges and promotions. Currently, you can get the two for $5 mix-and-match deal only with the program (it's a buy-one-get-one for $1 deal otherwise).

- Earning double crowns during your birthday month.
