McDonald's Pumpkin & Creme Pie is a seasonal menu item that comes with pumpkin pie filling on one half and cream cheese-based vanilla creme filling on the other half inside of a baked, turnover-style pie crust.
Prices vary but these go for $1.19 each or two for $1.59 in my area. The pumpkin and creme variety replaced the Strawberry & Creme Pie on the menu (which is also an optional menu item for McDonald's franchisees).
Once upon a time, McDonald's offered a Baked Pumpkin Pie (no creme) but like their delectable fried pies, it's gone the way of the dodo.
