Aloha Stir-Fry features a choice of chicken, shrimp, or beef stir-fried with vegetables and pineapple rice in a light sauce, finished with crispy chow mein noodles.
New Cajun Jazz Pasta is a New Orleans-inspired dish of cavatappi pasta cooked in a creamy sauce with Cajun-grilled shrimp, Cajun-grilled chicken breast, green and red peppers, and corn. It comes with thick ciabatta toast on the side.
Also on the current spate of limited-time specials are:
- New Awesomesauce Steak Tips - Steak tips grilled in BBQ Worcestershire sauce, with mushrooms, peppers, and onions, and served with garlic red-skin mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli, and thick ciabatta toast.
- Vermonter Burger - A beef patty, sharp white cheddar cheese, maple pepper bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a grilled ciabatta roll.
- New Nutty Buddy Sundae - Vanilla ice cream layered with chocolaty fudge, coated sugar-cone pieces and peanuts, topped with chocolate sauce, whipped topping, and a cherry.
Friendly's also introduces two new Halloween-themed ice cream sundaes--the Witchy Ooh! and Fang the Vampire. The Witchy Ooh! sundae includes a scoop of ice cream, a pointy candy corn nose, candy eyes, and a sugar cone hat, while Fang the Vampire features a scoop of ice cream with candy corn fangs, red candy eye" and nose, and peanut butter cup halves as the ears.
