New Pizza-Inspired KFC Double Down Appears in Australia

KFC introduces a new, pizza-inspired version of the infamous Double Down over in Australia that's called the "Pizza Double," as the Double Down was introduced simply as the "Double" in Australia for a limited time back in 2011.

The KFC Pizza Double features two spicy, crispy-fried Zinger filets sandwiching two pepperoni slices, pizza sauce, and a slice of cheese (if the press photos are any indication, the cheese appears to be un-melted and of the pasteurized processed American variety).

The KFC Pizza Double is being offered for a limited time through October 4, 2021.

While the Double Down hasn't been seen in a while here in the US, it occasionally make the rounds in certain countries internationally.
