Capriotti's American Wagyu French Dip features sliced American Wagyu beef, Swiss cheese, mayo, and black pepper, served on a fresh-baked baguette. A cup of warm au jus is included on the side for dipping.
Prices for the sandwich varies but it costs $13.99 for an 8" small here in Southern California.
The French Dip joins an American Wagyu lineup that also includes the American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo, Cheese Steak, and Roast Beef sandwiches.
Capriott's sources their American Wagyu beef from Snake River Farms based in Boise, Idaho. American Wagyu tends to have more marbling and tenderness versus regular American beef.
