Salt & Straw Welcomes Chocolatiers Series of Ice Cream Flavors

Salt & Straw welcomes the Chocolatiers Series of ice cream flavors for the month of February 2024. The limited-time series sees the ice cream maker partner with chocolatiers from across the country to come up with five limited-time flavors, including:

• Fran's Chocolate Almond Gold Bar - Chopped pieces of Fran's Chocolate Almond Gold Bar folded into salted vanilla ice cream along with ribbons of dark-burned caramel and dark chocolate stracciatella.
• Cloudforest's Cocoa Hazelnut Magic Sauce - Ribbons of Cloudforest's Magic Spread (made with Oregon hazelnuts and Ecuadorian cacao, sweetened with dates) with a hint of Frangelico mixed into light chocolate ice cream (made from Cloudforest's single-origin dark chocolate) along with candied hazelnuts.
• Dandelion's Chocolate Nibs & Frangipane - Roasted cocoa ice cream (made with Dandelion's dark cocoa nibs) mixed with Dandelion's candied cocoa nibs and a frangipane swirl.
• Compartés' Cake Batter Chocolate Fudge - Rainbow-sprinkled cake batter ice cream with brown butter vanilla bean fudge (made with Compartés chocolate).
• Exquisito Chocolate's Passionfruit Truffles (vegan) - Frozen vanilla and passionfruit coconut creams with Exquisito chocolate truffles and Exquisito Guatemalan dark chocolate stracciatella.
