New Bagelrito Launching at Einstein Bros. Starting February 27, 2020

The new Bagelrito, a bagel and burrito mash-up, is coming to participating Einstein Bros. locations across the country starting February 27, 2020.

The Bagelrito takes a burrito filled with two cage-free eggs, thick-cut bacon, turkey sausage, three cheeses, hash browns, salsa, and green chilies, and wraps it up in Asiago bagel dough before baking. Interestingly, the Bagelrito gets two layers of carbs as it includes a flour tortilla in addition to the bagel dough.

The new menu item was tested at five locations in the Denver areas back in October of last year and quickly sold out.
