News: McDonald's - S'mores Pie Coming in June!

As McDonald's Strawberries & Creme Pie winds its way down off the McDonald's menu (to the sadness of many), a new pie stands at the ready on the horizon: the S'mores Pie is coming to McDonald's near you in June!

First seen during the 2010 Winter Olympics in Canada, the S'mores Pie has long been a curiosity to us here in the U.S. A curiosity that will be sated this summer with its arrival.

Our version looks to be slightly different in form than the one that showed up in Canada, there's an long opening like the Strawberries & Creme Pie that shows off the marshmallow and chocolate filling.

Along with the arrival of the S'mores Pie, McDonald's will run a chocolate promotion that will include the return of the Rolo McFlurry, a Chocolate-Dipped Cone (which I've seen at some McDonald's locations), and the existing Chocolate Shake. Some locations might even serve up a Chocolate Chip Frappe.
