The Sister bought this one. The cost varies but a hand-packed pint tends to run around $6.
The inclusion of cashews isn't too common in ice cream. Sure, some flavors here and there might feature it, but it's usually not the case; a lot of ice cream shops simply don't offer it at all. If an ice cream flavor includes nuts, it tends to be either almonds or peanuts. I think it's because cashews are a bit softer as far as nuts go and the thought is that people want more of a crunch. It's a pity because cashew go pretty well with ice cream.
The black raspberry ribbon... I've heard of raspberries and blackberries but I have to admit the black raspberry escape me. Regardless, it's pretty delicious. I'm not sure I'd be able to tell the difference between a black raspberry ribbon and a plain raspberry ribbon, but I know that it adds a sweet berry tartness to the ice cream.
Between the cashews, the berry ribbon, and the vanilla ice cream, Baskin-Robbins Baseball Nut present a simple but tasty mix of varied flavors.
