The drink features espresso, steamed milk, and white chocolate-flavored sauce, topped with whipped cream, tart cranberry drizzle, and crystallized cranberry sugar.
Starbucks offered the Cranberry White Chocolate Mocha last year in select stores in France, Germany, Mexico, China, and Japan. It looks like only Mexico and China have it on the menu this year though.
If customer feedback is good, maybe we'll see the Cranberry White Chocolate Mocha next year!
They're offering this drink in Singapore as well (just like the year before). I tried the frappuccino version last year (it was pretty good) - shall try the mocha soon!
ReplyDeletePortland...OR? This is the first time I've seen a test market anywhere even close to where I live so it'll be cool if I can find one of those "select stores"...
ReplyDeleteYes, Portland, Oregon. I forgot there's also a Portland, Maine...
ReplyDeleteThey sell it in Thailand as well! By the way ... can you post the nutrition facts for the frappuccino version? I can only find the values for hot and iced. Thanks! :)
ReplyDeleteThey don't list it for test items here in the U.S. It should be close to the White Chocolate Mocha though: http://www.starbucks.com/menu/drinks/frappuccino-blended-beverages/white-chocolate-mocha-frappuccino-blended-coffee
ReplyDeleteI wish I could try this. The tart cranberry drizzle sounds like it'd go nicely with the white chocolate and pare down the sweetness, too.
ReplyDeletei tried this in russia, sooo amazing!!!!! too bad that they dont have it here in seattle yet. it is soo worth it!!!! im looking forward to have it next year!!!!
ReplyDeleteThank good I come to the University of Houston! It's all I've been drinking right now with finals going on.
