Coca-Cola Adds New Reduced-Calorie "Life" Version

Coca-Cola is out with a new reduced-calorie or mid-calorie cola that they're calling "Coca-Cola Life." Like Pepsi True, the new cola has a nonsensical name is sweetened with a blend of sugar and natural zero-calorie sweetener stevia rather than high fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners.

Coca-Coca Life arrives this month and comes in 6-packs of 8-oz bottles, 6-packs and 12-packs of 12-oz cans, as well single 20-oz bottles and 2-liter bottles.

The calorie count per 12 fluid ounces is 90 calories versus 140 for 12 ounces of regular Coca-Cola.

As least one company will be selling them starting November 11th via Amazon.com at $18 for a 12-pack of 12-oz cans (that comes out to $1.50 a can).
