Krispy Kreme Releases Four American-Inspired Donuts Including PB & J

While we just got the Reese's Peanut Butter Donuts at Krispy Kreme here in the States, the United Kingdom gets four new American-themed donuts from the chain, including the Reese's Peanut Butter & Jelly Donut.

The Reese's Peanut Butter & Jelly Donut temporarily replaces the Reese's Peanut Butter Donut in the country and features a yeast shell donut filled with a combination of Reese's peanut butter and raspberry filling and then finished with raspberry-flavored sparkling icing, peanut butter chips, and a peanut butter drizzle.

Also on the limited-time menu are the New York Cheesecake Donut, the Pecan Pie Donut, and the Rocky Road Donut.

The New York Cheesecake Donut consists of a yeast shell donut dipped in vanilla icing and filled with Kreme cheese. It comes topped with biscuit crumbs and a white chocolate-flavored drizzle.

The Pecan Pie Donut is a yeast ring donut dipped in maple icing and decorated with pecans and a white chocolate-flavored drizzle.

The Rocky Road Donut features a toffee and marshmallow filling topped with chocolate icing, biscuit crumbs, chocolate drops, and a toffee drizzle.

American-themed donuts seem to be a trend for Krispy Kreme abroad; they've offered them in the past in Japan, Australia, and possibly others. Then again, they've also offered a Cherry Pie Donut back here at home before.
