Capriotti's Adds Wagyu Beef to the Menu

Capriotti's adds American Wagyu beef sourced from Snake River Farms to the menu where it can now be found in four new sandwiches as well as part of a catering tray.

Here are the new Wagyu options at Capriotti's:

- American Wagyu Roast Beef - American Wagyu beef, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and mayo.

- American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo (pictured)- American Wagyu beef, cole slaw, provolone cheese, Russian dressing, and mayo.

- American Wagyu Cheese Steak - Wagyu American beef prepared with mushrooms, onions, and white American cheese. Choose hot or sweet peppers.

- Wagyu and Bleu Salad - American Wagyu Roast Beef, mixed greens, gorgonzola cheese crumbles, sweet peppers, crispy cheddar onions, diced tomatoes, and gorgonzola vinaigrette.

- American Wagyu Party Tray - A tray of American Wagyu beef subs: The American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo and the American Wagyu Roast Beef.
