According to the fine print, no purchase is required to get your free cone at participating non-mall locations, while a purchase is required at participating mall locations. The deal is not available for delivery and mobile orders.
The freebie event is meant to mark the start of the "Treat Szn" i.e. spring and summer when more ice cream and frozen desserts are consumed.
