Crumbl Bakes New Carrot Cake and More Through March 30, 2024

With Easter coming up, cookie bakery chain Crumbl bakes a new, limited-time, non-cookie dessert this week: Carrot Cake. The dessert joins this week's rotation of cookies, which is available through March 30, 2024.

Here's what you can expect from the lineup:

- New Carrot Cake - Two tiers of carrot cake featuring warm spices, coconut, pineapple, and carrots, layered with a light glaze and vanilla cream cheese frosting, and topped with chopped pecans.

- New Strawberry Pretzel Pie Cookie -  A buttery pie-inspired cookie rolled in pretzel pieces and topped with whipped cream cheese topping, house-made strawberry jam, and more pretzel pieces.

- Double Fudge Brownie Cookie - A thick brownie cookie topped with chocolate glaze and fresh-baked brownie bites.

- Lemon Crinkle Cookie - A warm, cakey lemon cookie rolled in sugar crystals and sprinkled with powdered sugar.

- Sugar (Candy Eggs) Cookie - A sugar cookie topped with vanilla frosting and pastel crunchy candy eggs.

- Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie - A warm cookie with milk chocolate chips.
