News: Applebee's - New "Flavors of Bourbon Street" Menu

Applebee's offers the new "Jazzed Up Flavors of Bourbon Street" menu for a limited time. The New Orleans-inspired menu is anchored by two new dishes: Creamy Cajun Steak & Shrimp and the Shrimp Combo Platter.

Creamy Cajun Steak & Shrimp features a 7-ounce blackened sirloin steak, topped with seasoned shrimp, with fried red potatoes, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, and onions, plus a white wine Andouille sauce. My local Applebee's offers the entree for $15.99.

The Shrimp Combo Platter comes with blackened shrimp over almond rice pilaf with an herb and ale scampi sauce and crispy fried shrimp. The dish comes with a side of sauteed spinach and red pepper relish. My local Applebee's restaurants has it on the menu at $12.99.

Rounding out the "Jazzed Up Flavors of Bourbon Street" menu are Cajun Shrimp Pasta, Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp, Bourbon Steak Steak, and Sizzling N'awlins Skillet.

For a limited time, Creamy Cajun Steak & Shrimp (with a 4-ounce steak instead of 7-ounces), Cajun Shrimp Pasta, and Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp are available on the 2 for $20 menu, where you can get two entrees and an appetizer for $20.
