How was it? The biscuit was a little on the dry and chewy side. I would have liked it to be a bit buttery. The bacon is your typical almost paper-thin fast-food bacon. I've never been able to cook bacon so thin, but then again, I would never want to. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit could have used a strip or two more bacon for flavor.
The egg was a little different in that it's not just your typical scrambled eggs: there's a bit of contact scorching from the cooking surface normally caused by frying eggs at higher heat. I point this out because some people like the texture variation whereas others like really fluffy scrambled eggs.
The cheese is just your typical American cheese. No surprises there.
All in all, I didn't care for the biscuit, the bacon left me wanting more, but the eggs were fine. I think the only draw for me buying Jack in the Box's Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit again would have to be the convenience of being able to get it anytime of the day.

I think I'd rather stick with McD's Sausage McMuffin with Eggs.
ReplyDeleteyeah mcdonald's is definitely better...unfortunately they stop serving it so early!
ReplyDeleteHaha, that is why I said the draw of buying one would be the fact that they serve breakfast at all hours.
